Blackjack, also known as 21, is a popular card game played in casinos worldwide. The game's primary goal is to beat the dealer by having a hand value closer to 21 without exceeding it. Here's a detailed breakdown of how to play Blackjack:

- Objective: Have a hand value closer to 21 than the dealer's without going over 21.
- Card Values: Cards 2 through 10 are worth their face value. Face cards (Jack, Queen, King) are worth 10. An Ace can be worth 1 or 11, depending on which value benefits the player's hand more.

Blackjack is played with 8 decks of cards. Players are dealt two cards each, as is the dealer, with one of the dealer's cards facing up (the "upcard") and one facing down (the "hole card").

Players decide how to play their hands. Options include:
- Hit: Take another card from the dealer.
- Stand: Keep your current hand and end your turn.
- Double Down: Double your bet, take one more card, and then stand. This play is usually risky.
- Split: If you have two cards of the same value, you can split them into two separate hands, each with its own bet.

¶ Dealer's Turn:
After all players have completed their hands, it's the dealer's turn. The dealer reveals their card. Dealer hits on all 16's or lower and stands on all 17's or higher.
¶ Winning and Losing:
- If you have a hand value closer to 21 than the dealer's without going over, you win.
- If the dealer goes over 21 (busts), the player wins.
- If you bust (go over 21), you lose, regardless of what the dealer does.
- If you and the dealer have the same hand value, it's a "push," and your bet is returned, basically a tie.

Blackjack: If your first two cards are an Ace and a 10-value card, you have a blackjack, which typically pays 1.5x. However, if the dealer also has a blackjack, it's a push.

Dealer Blackjack: If the dealer gets a natural 21, the game will instantly end, leading to a loss for the player.
